3. Well, they haven't gotten this issue under control and we have picked up at least 6 bugs including one that was found in the bed.

4. But there were other problems that I discovered later--the room door did not latch behing you when you left (a safety issue) and the faucet was not firmly attached to the counter and moved when you used it.
