1. At 11pm last night, we called the front desk to remove another bug from the ceiling, which he came up and did.

3. That said, when we stayed here last December, the room had bugs (not bed bugs).

4. Well, they haven't gotten this issue under control and we have picked up at least 6 bugs including one that was found in the bed.

5. Actually it was cleaned twice by a member of my party who used the net to clean out the bugs, when we realized that the staff was not going to do it.
