2. When I had told her I had made sure when making the reservation that I would get an early check in and that I asked for and reserved a king size bed, she questioned me (which is fine) , but being extremely rude saying she didnt believe me , and I didnt call in advance.

5. they come in hoards from brooklyn with their 10 rude and nasty kids per family, they trash the pool, the dump their garbage everywhere in the pool area, indoor and outdoor, they dont bother to use diapers for their small kids, and have arguments with the management when they have to close down the pool because one of their kids poops in the pool.

9. Overall, I think this hotel is totally over-rated, the rooms are not clean, the bath tubs need some repair jobs, and the staffs (except Martin) are very rude and unfriendly.
