1. My only constrcutive comment would be that the meeting rooms feel a little tired and dated and could do with a refresh.

2. Scuff marks, dated faucet designs, tired carpeting, chairs with fabric upholstery (instead of vinyl or leather), akward shower/tub combo, and an ancient appearing television (a true tell-tell sign of updating needs well past due).
