1. The only problem I had was trying to figure out how to turn off the wake-up call, as the phone had two lines and was a little confusing.

6. I wouldn`t have gone back after the first stay, but the front office manager did take care of the problems we had and gave me her card at check out asking us to call if and when we come back to the area.
