During my several meals at the restaurant, the staff were prone to bickering loudly with each other in front of the customers, and had a hard time adapting menu items to specific dietary constraints (asking for a steak sandwich with only lettuce and tomato, as opposed to a steak sandwich with mushrooms and hot peppers, proved to be a terrible challenge).
