1. I loved the heated pool and even though the weather was cool the pool temperature was perfect, in contrast to many hotels who offer pools that are inadequately heated making them unusable.

9. By the lack of conveniences (inadequate dining, lack of public phones, unprofessional service) one would think that it was about to go out of business but because of the proximity to the airport, I imagine, the parking was full late at night.
