1. In fact, we had to cancel our reservation due to a plane delay, ultimately arrived, and were still able to book that evening.

2. Yes, there were the few usual complaints too (mostly about delays from an overwhelmed kitchen), and these unfortunately are the comments that end up on-line somewhere, but not everyone can be pleased.
