3. The hotel is nice I love that the pool is open 24 hours the rooms are nice bathrooms are small but have great mirrors my only problem was someones child the kid cried so loud i tought he was in my room woke me up at 6 am the walls are thin I could hear everything in the hall and other rooms other than that it was ok.

5. and I'm not sure how to fix this as it is a problem in almost all hotels, but the door slamming is loud.

6. So, we tried the shower again the next day and the problem was worse than the first day--we had to just keep the shower temp at luke warm to avoid being scalded.

8. We called and no answer, so we went downstairs to the desk to explain the problem and were told a maintenance person would be up to 'look at it.

10. I'm assuming this problem (bedbugs) is getting to be the new normal in hotel stays, but wish I could've moved to a room that was at least a little less populated.
