1. Had a minor problem and they jumped all over it and acted like they really cared.

The hotel is nice I love that the pool is open 24 hours the rooms are nice bathrooms are small but have great mirrors my only problem was someones child the kid cried so loud i tought he was in my room woke me up at 6 am the walls are thin I could hear everything in the hall and other rooms other than that it was ok.

5. and I'm not sure how to fix this as it is a problem in almost all hotels, but the door slamming is loud.

10. I'm assuming this problem (bedbugs) is getting to be the new normal in hotel stays, but wish I could've moved to a room that was at least a little less populated.
