I have stayed downtown at The NInes and Westin and enjoyed the Starwood hospitality but it's just too far and too
expensive
for travelling through Portland when you have this option available.

By the way, if you're flying to the northwest, Portland OR is less
expensive
than Seattle, is easier to navigate & a really nice city/metropolitan area.

expens
e accounts), but there were a number of smaller dinner options (burger, meatloaf, club sandwich) which were much more reasonable and under $13.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the bar/grill is OK but
expensive
, if you are there during happy hour it goes from being a poor value to an average value.
