1. We did not have time for the hot breakfast, but is looked and smelled good.

2. The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel and room smelled clean, lobby very nice as well as comfortable and all facilities pool, exercise room and laundry appeared clean and well kept.

7. Recent Renovations obvious but updated furniture & cabinets on old carpet and paint didn't work well, seems like local mom and pop hotel bought by chain My King non smoking room had a funky smell and updates not done as well as one would expect.

8. The room smelled fresh when we arrived but that fresh smell wore off and the next day we smelled stale cigarette and then noticed our room wasn't marked "no smoking" on the door.
