1. Couple of small complaints; very minimal TV channel selections, only about 10 of the basic channels and my 'non-smoking' room, had definitely been smoked in.

6. The shuttle was on time and I honestly have no complaints other than the 3 dollars extra it ended up costing me (which isn`t a big deal but I just don`t like being told one thing when it ends up being another).
