6. I received an email from the General Manager addressing what I thought were the relatively minor complaints I had made, with some very generous upgrade incentives if we would consider staying there again.

7. All in all, a great stay at this hotel, absolutely no complaints which is rare for me :) We'll be back the next time we need to take a break from every day life.
