2. Five years ago we first stumbled on this gem of a hotel after having a bad experience at Portland's Four Points Sheraton (so bad that we decided to switch hotels during our stay).

3. It's not a bad bathroom by any means, was very clean and maintained, had a great deal of electrical light, wonderful and unique tiles in the bath stall - take a look, it's very interesting.

4. I unfortunately had a very bad sinus infection upon arrival and everyone there did their best to get us in our room quickly and give us anything we needed.

Stephanie and other front desk staff need to tell people 500s are in other building and spend as much time giving directions as they do telling people not to smoke and where the smoking areas are-we do not smoke and said so before having to hear all the bad things that would befall us should we light up.
