2. The down sides were noise from neighboring rooms water, which rattled the wall loudly whenever they flush a toilet or used their shower I'm guessing.

3. The second time: the sink was clogged, it was loud all night (so we didn't sleep well), they didn't put new shampoo in the room (so we had to use our own), they tried to over charge us for a pet we didn't have, and once again the restaurant was painfully slow.
