1. I contacted the hotel four days in advance asking for a room with two beds and was told that wouldn't be a problem because the hotel was not near capacity for that weekend.

8. On Saturday we went to the restaurant on the 2nd floor for appetizers and drinks and the bald bartender with the thick, black glasses had an attitude problem so we left before we even ordered anything.

9. In our THIRD ROOM, the toilet would not flush at all and the plumber took the toilet out, we were then accused of 'causing' (?) the problems and given the key to a FOURTH room but told not to touch anything (sleep there) or we`d be charged for BOTH ROOMS.
