1. It's a nice enough place but not a good value and I personally wouldn't choose to stay here again as it's rather pricey as we've been staying at two star rated hotels with amenities like free high speed internet, mini-fridge, microwave, free parking, free breakfast at a lower cost.

2. Marriott Portland City Center was specifically chosen for its location and price as this area are rather pricey or expensive for any place to stay nearby the Pearl district.
