4. Some of the channels on their channel guide weren't available because the hotel didn't subscribe to them anymore on their Directv service, and the picture quality on the old tube TV was poor.

8. Once again, any of these things, in and of themselves would not be worthy of a poor review, because I think the hotel itself was really nice, and the employees were great, with the exception of the inefficiency of the manager.
