4. It's located on a small lake / large pond with lots of trees, so, although it's near the airport, you don't get a lot of overwhelming flight noise.

8. I was alittle weary considering it was so close to PDX, with the plane noise & all but we went during the winter so we rarely had the windows open therefore it was quieter than you would think.

10. Place was quiet and comfortable and my family (husband, 2 teenagers and a 5 year old) felt safe and comfortable and we didnt hear one noise outside either in the hallway which was the first floor.
