1. When we arrived for check-in, the Valet parking staff arranged prompt taxi service to assure our arrival at an evening function where parking could be difficult.

4. Only two of the four elevators were working, so it was very difficult to go any where fast, unless you took the stairs, and since I was on the 11th floor, that wasn`t always an option.
