Service in the restaurant is
bad
, the music in the lobby is awful (they told me it was a corporate tape and they could not change it although the staff hated it too).

Few tables could see a big screen, and the several small screens were really
bad
in video quality, if your table could see one at all -- this is far from state of the art for a sports bar.

The room was smallish, very clean, the bed fairly comfortable (not the best Marriott bed but not
bad
at all), lovely linens, lots of outlets for laptop, etc.

Rooms have been upgraded to Standard Marriott (meant as a compliment) but even this cannot hide the flaws of this
bad

You can hear the noise outside, even from the 10th floor, but it wasn't

But again, the room was nice, the staff were helpful, and once I discovered the super-secret service elevator, things weren`t so
bad
.
