1. The rooms were clean and comfortable however, there was very loud street noise all evening and in the middle of the night.
"No Frills, Clean and comfortable " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/13/2012 Vote
2. Not only are the walls very thin (we could hear the TV next door as well as entire conversations from people in their rooms on the floor below) but the air conditioners are loud and our room (234) appeared to be close to a generator or something which also made lots of noise.

3. By noise I don't mean loud music, talking, partying, but noise like pounding and banging.
"Very noisy, they are doing construction, and allow people's dogs to stay alone in room and bark " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/26/2011 Vote
4. So we stayed, only to be awoken again by loud banging nose.

5. a loud group came in above us around 3 am, swearing mightily, dropping things on the floor.

6. The HVAC was overactive, either too loud and strong or too low.
"Tiny Room, but clean " Read full review on Expedia   8/18/2010 Vote
7. The fire alarms and loud hotel construction woke us on more than one occasion but the worst part of our stay was the house keeping situation.
"Third time was not a charm. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/11/2010 Vote
8. The room was small, the floor had been covered with cheap laminate, the furniture and fixtures looked like they'd been sourced from IKEA and Walmart, the bed was hard as a rock, no wall art, no coffee maker, not even a clock, and a loud AC unit.
"Bait and Switch " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/11/2010 Vote
9. The location was nice besides the loud construction work next door early in the morning (not great for vacation).
"Just Okay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/30/2010 Vote
10. My 3 days here were a dark dismal experience which included, extremely thin walls and loud neighbors, loud garbage trucks 2 days out of the 3 that awoke me at 6 am, a tiny bathroom, flat pillows, old looking bedspread, other hotel guests tromping by my window at all hours, a bedroom window that was completely covered by dense trees (no light whatsoever), and a busy parking structure just outside the bedroom window (garbage trucks, residents, car engines) MAYBE if your room is at the end of the corridor where you can get some decent light you may not have to pack your anti-depressants.
