1. If you are going to have half of your spots inside and half outside, the outside parking should be less expensive since it's less secure and a bit of an inconvenience.

6. We did pay the $24 for parking, which is expensive, however, we have had very bad experience (scratching and damage) with parking in Portland's downtown public parking lots, so it was worth it to us to have our vehicle in a secure garage.

9. Caution- parking is expensive ($24/night) - there is metered 2-hr parking all around the hotel, but there isn't anywhere you can just dump your car for free and forget about it.
