4. My only complaint was that we arrived at the hotel fairly early (around noon) and although we did not expect our room to be ready right away, it wasn't ready until after the check in time (4pm) and we saw many people who arrived after us get right into their rooms while we waited.

5. That was the only complaint we have of this hotel, but other than that we would recommend this hotel after warning of the pricey tag that comes with the parking along with the time it will take to get your car back out.
