1. We note that in the carriage house there is a musty odor (mold?) on the ground floor which needs the right person with a good nose, the right technical skills, and a a gentle hand for dealing w/ architectural gems to get in there and correct the problem.

4. In other reviews the water temperature and pressure were mentioned as being a problem but my husband found letting the sink hot side faucet run while letting the shower faucet run brought the water pressure sooner to the shower faucet and then it was easier to regulate the temperature so no problems with that.

6. Small 'bumps' encountered during my stay? Room 201's air conditioning unit may have an icing problem as it was periodically noisy after being on for a couple hours.

7. Seeing as bed bugs are a huge concern right now in Philly, Morris house was NOT listed on the bed bug registry (we checked before hand, haha) and ALL signs pointed to being absolutely free and clear of the problem.
