5. Issues with my room include: 1 stove burner not operational, an incomplete 4 person dining set and the room needed some TLC from a maintenance perspective (an area in bathroom ceiling plaster ready to break off and has a water stain, gap between tub and tile floor, mildew under tub spout and under toilet rim, poor caulking job at tub/wall interface.
