1. Eventually I went inside to ask and the receptionist - who was very busy trying to solve the issue but seemed to be alone - finally told me that it was okay to enter the building again.

5. The only two minor issues were spoiled fresh fruit that was never removed from the breakfast area in three days and a floor that looked clean but left your bare feet looking dirty after walking across it; so we kept our shoes on which I always do in a hotel.

10. issues with my room include: 1 stove burner not operational, an incomplete 4 person dining set and the room needed some TLC from a maintenance perspective (an area in bathroom ceiling plaster ready to break off and has a water stain, gap between tub and tile floor, mildew under tub spout and under toilet rim, poor caulking job at tub/wall interface.
