1. The parking was a nightmare, there was not enough spaces and it each night we had to drive around and around until someone left.

4. along with the i trolleys the LOVEBUGS are an absolute nightmare they are 2 little flies which are stuck together which crawl and fly around they are a nightmare and it actually made us go up to our room early one evening as their was so many of them they are not dangerous or dont bite just extremely irritating when you are trying to catch the rays so i'd suggest a good bug squatter lolthe hotel does shuttles to both disney and universal and they pick up at the hotel at reasonable times and there is very few stops which is good but since your the first on the bus going to disney that makes you the last to get off and they pick up from 4 other hotels but it was nice to catch a nap on way back to hotel.

5. We had a bit of a nightmare getting back from disney at 10pm after the fantasmic show, ended up getting a taxi which cost more than the parking ($12 to $15 at them all, except nasa which is free).

10. Parking was an absolute nightmare and we had to park at least four buildings away from our room and haul all of our luggage and four kids, two in a double stroller across most of the resort.
