1. Other than putting me in a noisy room by the elevator and the bar, and the unforgivable missed wake-up call, none of these would be a big issue for me.

2. I called the diamond line because i was upset about the experience, mainly having to buy a new purse for my wife, they are useless when it comes to onsite issues and the hotel just ignored the complaint.

6. True, you do walk past a church where the homeless crash for the night but it was really a 'no big deal' issue and i felt completely comfortable the entire time I was walking around.

10. On Saturday night, moreover, I had to wait in my car for over 15 minutes before I could give my car to a valet, because their entrance space really isn't large enough to handle their mandatory parking-with-the-valet issues.
