3. Compulsory valet parking at $18 per night and WiFi @ $12 for 24 hrs is the downside in this hotel, but that being said, the valet guys were efficient and the rest of the staff was both helpful and polite.

4. The only downside was that the stairs could not be used to get to the main floor without going outside - a problem when one of the elevators needed repair.
