1. When I entered this hotel I was impressed by the lobby, really nice and luxurious but the rest was disappointing.

9. Lovely hotel, clean and inviting room, very nice staff members, but VERY disappointed by poorly functioning a/c in room (6th floor), and very loud housekeeping staff that arrived on the floor too early in the morning.
