1. Everything we asked for was accomodated immediately whether it being my own initial mistake about valet parking (immediately rectified by the hotel) through to requests to use disabled parking spots (despite only having an EU permit) and delivering additional toiletries.

10. Also, we made the mistake of purchasing tickets from the hotel to a dinner show, they of course misinformed us of the starting time and because of that we missed the first 30 mins of the show.
