5. 2) Why isn't my credit card information being handled more securely? How does my cards information, which is only given to Caribe to cover 'incidentals', get used by an employee for another rooms charges?3) Why wouldn't Caribe call me back to let me know that they had refunded my money? It would have saved me the time and frustration of having to call back and follow up with these guys.
