1. I got confused driving back from the other parks and ended up going the wrong way.

6. There was a mix-up on our reservation due to my disability and because the wrong kind of room for our party was issued, the reception people gave us an extra room so that my special needs could be accomodated.

7. this hotel was very full and not so orginized dont get me wrong they played games and stuff for my kids but the cleaning was horrible i had stuff on the floor when i got there that stayed till i left and just dirty and there alot of young groups of kids they have band practice right buy there pop centry was my favorite of the vaule hotels clean nice and wonderfull for my kids and its the same price.

9. When we were there, there was a cheerleaders convention, which was very noisy, and could get very crowded at the wrong times.

10. Personally, I am a fan of the more elaborately themed, adult oriented Disney resorts but there is nothing wrong with this place.
