1. We were very happy with the service at the resort - the rooms were kept very clean and house keeping would leave a nice bag of goodies hanging from the door if we left the do not disturb sign up.

2. Guest noise wasn’t a problem and there were plenty of teen/school groups on property, however the maintanence workers disturbed our sleep early one morning cutting the grass.

6. Given that you are out all day, on your feet in the parks only getting in 9pm or after, take it from me you are ready for your bed but this was totally disturbed by the teenagers.

Our room was clean when we got there, but every day we went back to the hotel to take naps around 2pm, and our maid was just about to clean the room, so we asked for towels and put up the do not disturb sign, on our second to last day we finally showed up for our nap after the maid was done with our room.

8. One major incident lowered our opinion of the hotel however; a mystery man entered our hotel room whilst the do not disturb sign was still in and we found him lying on the floor in the bathroom.
