1. As soon as you walk through the threshold towards the elevators you see nasty stained carpet in the hallways, discolored wood on railings, filthy ceiling fans, just easy fixes that seems careless not to fix.

Summary of 2 of the 2 bedroom suites we reserved on October 15th, 2011:Rooms stink, mold in toilets, filthy furniture, hair on bathroom floor, missing/broken closet doors, roach in kitchenette, stained carpeting and walls, broken/rocking ceiling fan above bed, dirty floors in kitchen, dead roach in kitchenette.

3. So before I pour the wine in the glass I look in the glass and it's all stained with what looks like old milk in the bottom.
