Other surprises were not directly the fault of management-who could foresee that the neighbors behind the jungle vegetation would start a dance party at 6:00 am on Saturday morning?After being required to pay in full prior to arrival (no longer a surprise after staying here), and the litany of complaints, it was hardly surprising that over the 6 days we were present, we never saw the owners.
