3. My biggest complaint besides the clerk refusing to give me the agencyquoted price & room type, has to be the availability and crazy rules for parking.

4. Our only complaint really was the restuarant we chose to eat dinner in across the street and about 2 blocks down from the hotel the food was ok but the service was TERRIBLE the waitress was not ment for that job at all.
