1. I'm not a night owl so I can't comment on the safety/security issue at late night but during the day, certainly before 8 pm, I walked outside without any concerns.

5. The only issue I had was that the bathroom floor could have used a good scrubbing.

6. issues were with bathroom tub mat being covered with dirt and mold on the bottom, which I left out of tub to show housekeeper, but was put back in same condition.
