3. There were cobwebs at the top of the walls near the ceiling and a thick layer of dust and debris on the entry light, the enclosed bathroom light and in the A/C vents The non-slip area of the tub was grey instead of white and some of the towels we were given were stained.

4. There were red stains on the back of the bathroom door which could have been easily removed (I swiped at one with a tissue), but that's probably because the cleaning crew never closed the door to clean behind it.
