9. The hotel is a bit distant from the French Quarter if you plan on walking, but I made the walk several times without a problem.

I don't like that they don't tell you until you arrive that in addition to charging the entire stay to your debit card (I expected that, that part wasn't a problem), they also immediately charge you an extra fifty per day of your stay for "incidentals" that so far has not been re-credited to my account.
