3. downsides: our room was lousy for hot water, and the bar downstairs is a 'hip' nightclub, with loud dance music, and throngs of people spilling out of the club into the street.

6. The only slightly downside (could be an upside depending on your taste) was the beautiful and usually quite bar, is filled with local and visiting musicians on Friday nights and attracts large crowds of noisy locals.
