1. While I realize this may have been an isolated incident - it could have been handled in a much more professional manner so as to leave a good customer service result - instead of the more negative aftertaste that I have now.

3. The only negative was that you had to pay for valet parking, but that is common in most areas of New Orleans.

4. The only negatives were that there is a charge for internet service in room and if you go to the business center, there is a charge for use of computers, faxes, printers.

This usually means a few things: *smaller than average rooms*smaller, non-central lobbies*odd window placements/sizes that can mean less light and view than one might want*narrow hallways that require twists & turns to get to the elevator*slower/fewer elevators than newer propertiesNone of the above is necessarily negative; some travelers may prefer this artful re-use of a former office building (I do).
