1. The staff was sticky sweet after that and it did not seem sincere it was more of 'Dont sue us' The other two people in the room might as well have been one of the roaches staying there because they were completely ignored.

3. We requested a room on the upper floors but got a 3rd floor room with roaches.

4. The only decent thing about the place is the beds are comfortable, but who can sleep knowing that when you pick up your towels 4 roaches scatter like rain drops down the rain gutter.
