1. The staff was sticky sweet after that and it did not seem sincere it was more of 'Dont sue us' The other two people in the room might as well have been one of the roaches staying there because they were completely ignored.

2. It is probably not fair for me to downgrade my review based on the valet parkingt because most of the hotels in the downtown New Orleans area probably have this same fee BUT, I can't ignore an additional 60.

3. We decided to have lunch in the hotel's restaurant and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a waiter who completely ignored us until it was time to deliver the check.
