4. It would have been nice if they had atleast left a bag outside the door with extra towels but I guess do not disturb really means do not disturb.

5. I was only there 2 nights and was out late every night and slept in during the day so I left the do not disturb sign on the door and didn't get any service so I can't comment on the maid service.
