1. When we came back, there was a little delay in getting the rooms, so they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and bent over backwards to accomodate us.

The beds were large and comfortable with good pillows-the lobby is attractive with deep soft chairs-the staff was helpful-they printed our airline boarding passes on the check-in desk computers-the whole city seems understaffed-when we had to wait 20 minutes while the room cleaning was finished, we were given a bottle of wine for the delay.

3. Then the hotel after us asking agreed to credit us the price of the room since we were delayed about 8 hrs in leaving New Orleans as Tropical Storm Cindy approached.

4. A few relatives had to deal with flight cancellations and snowstorms in the North, which caused delayed arrival times and changes to their reservations, and they all reported no problems doing so.
