1. Everyone complains about parking, but it's comparable with other hotels, and other than the fact that it's outdoors, it's a very minor hassle.

3. Also, we had asked for a room not too near the elevator, and our suite was tucked nicely into a corner of the building, so our sons said it was not a big deal, and we didn`t complain.

4. Every day as we walked past the front desk, somebody was complaining about their checkin, ie not having a room ready, not getting their requested n/s room or not having any rooms ready at all (our problem).
