1. We had to get online to check email, so we sucked it up - but were sorry we did because the connection was so slow it took us about 30 minutes just to check our email and print our boarding passes (they also charge per page to print stuff).

4. For the negatives: The staff was unfriendly and slow, the room had dirty carpet (I would not let my toddler play on the floor) and mold in the bathroom.
