10. Many of the rooms had no keys, the heater didn`t work in two rooms; the toilet didn`t work in two rooms; there was brown water coming out of the shower in several rooms; the water wouldn`t turn off in one room so that room flooded; there were dirty sheets, dirty floors; bugs in the room.
